I need a specific type of KVM / Input switch

OK to make a long story short....I need a KVM / input switch that sits in between the keyboard and mouse that hook up to my main KVM

However I need this KVM to preferably have NO Hot key support OR capable of disabling it's hotkey support and allow the HOT key command (a double scroll lock) to pass on to my main KVM......

I am trying to avoid using a manual data switch between my KVM and Keyboard and Mouse...but might for a manual data switch if I get no answer.
