I always scratch specs on a notepad when I'm building new puters for folks.
When I do a repair, I have a repair sheet that I use as a checklist/chronology/quote sheet. I made that up a long time ago.
This method of creating each computer from my head, scratching parts on a sheet of paper, and wondering what I've missed just isn't getting it.
I have 4 quotes that are 3 days old because I haven't had time to write them.
Does anyone use, or know where I can find a "build checklist"?
It's worth a shot asking before I have to create one.
