Still no match for Wendy's triple w/ cheese IMO.

Another option would be to gorge on Jr. bacon cheeseburgers off the 99 cent menu :)

Bah! The new thickburgers from hardess are actually VERY good. They really aren't joking when they say they have the one of the best burgers in the business. Couple that with a buy one get one free coupon and you've got yourself one hell of a deal :)

But that burger alone has more than 1/2 the calories I have in an entire day, and oh the saturated fat.

Nothing an hour on the treadmill can't fix. :)

The beauty of exercise.:) I love being able to eat whatever I want when I'm working out.

More like 2/3 of a pound of burger, THEN all the bacon, cheese, and glop. Gooey burgers = good burgers.

Must be a midwest thing :) The best kind of burgers are ones you can't keep a grip on.

I had a burge from there on the way back from SC. They are awsome, shame the closest one from me is like an hour away.

An hour on the treadmill won't burn 2200 calories, let alone the fact that that there is still all that crap in it. Im all for eating a bit worse when exercising, but jesus.

It was one for 1100 calories & change and an hour on the treadmill at my pace will probably burn about 500 calories. No, it doesn't negate the cholesterol and saturated fat that I consumed in one sitting, but considering that both my breakfast and dinner are both quite healthy, and I don't eat these things every day for lunch, I'm not going to fret about it too much.

I wish we had a Steak and Shake or Back Yard Burger here.

MUCH better than Wendy's IMO
