I need a recommendation for a new system to play SWG.

I'm not too much concerned about price. All I really want to do with this is play SWG for the next 6 months. I'm giving my current box to a friend, so I gotta buy all new parts. I looked through some of the mobo guides, but wasn't sure about the difference between the 865/875 mobos. Can anyone tell me? I want to go Intel for this box. RAID is always good, but not required

Also, I'm thinking about buying a slow 533 based P4, but getting dual channel 400 ddr ram. And upgrade the cpu in the future. This way, i can cut the cost a little. Now as for the video card, I'm leaning towards an ATI because I can get them for a really good price. What's the difference in performance between a pro version and a regular of the ATI cards? Is it just clock speed that I can OC? And let's say I wanted to get the 9800pro 256MB. How long do you forsee this card being viable?

And thank you for taking your time to read this post, considering you must've read 10000 similar ones already :)

For a general gaming PC, the Sharky Extreme Guides are a good starting point. Upgrade or downgrade specific parts as you see fit.

Considering SWG's requirements, even the system Sharky put together in their value gaming guide ($1000 /w monitor) would get the job done.
