Hi there. I need some advice.
We get alot of phone calls at our house. Some wanted some not.
I have already talked to the phone company. There isnt much they can do. I have already looked into other options etc. My numbe ris already on the do not call list and that has helped alot but I need to stop the rest of the unwanted calls.
Basically what I need is a nice cordless land line phone that has different ringtones for any callers I want. an option to put certain numbers on silent ringtone so if that number calls the phone just wont ring. I am so sick and tired of hearing the pos phone ringing off the hook 50 times a day.
I have caller id and I guess this kind of phone would work right along with caller id.
Some calls are important though, friends and family calling etc.
It would be nice if the phone could filter unknown callers and out of area callers as well.
Is there a phone like this?
I dont like answering machines and I wouldn't really want one. I cant change my number.
And I have already discussed this with the phone company. All they offer is call rejection but it is very very limited in what it can do.
