I need a really hard workout plan

My friend who doesn't ever do anything (just watches tv and eats potato chips) but is really thin, and says he is in perfect shape so he doesn't have to exercise, made a bet with me that he can do anything I throw at him. I bet him $500 that I could make up a workout program he would really hate and not be able to do for a month straight. Now, I'm going to make something tough, but since he doens't like to run (can't he says sometimes), I cannot put that on there. I was wondering what sort of things you would make him do?

Doesn't have to be inside or outside, anywhere is fine. Rain or snow or sun or tornados, he'll do it.

BTW, I have to do everything with him to make sure it's done properly, so be as mean as you want (especially those who hate me).

Swimming. And I don't mean screwing around doggypaddling or any of that other pansy crap. I'm talking about a competative swimmer for a swim team.

I've done just about any sort of exercise out there, and nothing has whoopped my ass more than a HARD swimming workout.

Squats and deadlifts.

And I don't mean pansy 75 degree squats. I mean, get your ass below parallel with your knees. And max. Repeatedly. Let's see how well a skinny, scrawny guy handles something like that.

I heard that squats are really bad for your. I've never heard anything good about them, other than they make you go into a world of hurt.

What's up with this calling me a weenie? Are you longing for one? Are you severly lacking in that area, while acknowledging my superior weenie?

Weenie is an insult. It is simply making reference to you being as wimpy as a little hot dog weenie dog. You know, the little dogs that look like weenies and are really small, as they are very wimpy, like you.

I think you're just insecure.

Obviously neither of you are atheletes or very well informed in the first place.

WTF kind of comment is that?

Go here to see a 53 year old guy who weighs only 161.5 lbs. squat 407 for 23 reps: http://www.cyberpump.com/training/trainhard/video.html
Scroll down to the bottom video. I can't put in a direct link to the video.
He has squatted a few times a week for DECADES and he's in great shape.

I bet your friend, (and most of the people on these forums), could not squat 135 for even 10 reps using good form.

Go read up on HIT here: Cyberpump.com
I can guarantee that a High Intensity Training routine would kick his a$$ if he really worked hard at it.

pull ups are crazy hard for people who don't consistently do them. I'd like to see him do four sets of 10 pull ups... he won't make it through the second set with out assistance.

Don't forget to combine the pulls ups with a decent back workout including lat pull downs and rowing. He'll be soo sore the next day, he won't be able to move.

Heh. I normally do regular squats as an aerobic exercise without weights. Last week I started with weights.

Squat right down baby. Then I groan my way back up! :D I have Skoorb making sure my form is okay. ;)

Impressive. Now the question is, do you have a life besides doing that? That's a great regimen, don't you have a job by chance? I'm going to go ahead and say, that unless you are a exceedingly weathy with no job, a soldier or a professional athelete, I am calling PCResources-like BS on this one. I can't imagine you doing that daily and actually being able to do anything else.

Oh the irony here. "Squats are bad for you!!" (implying you've probably never set foot in a weight room). And yet, you are sitting here calling other guys weenies?
