I need a quiet Heatsink

I have the alpha pal6035 or something like that for my duron. I don't know what it is but something is vibrating. No matter how tight I screw on the fan it still makes this buzzing nuzz that is driving my nutz. I'm just using the basic fan that it came with nothing like the delta that makes tons of noise. My personal thought is that the metal or aluminum spacer between the heatsink and the fan is causing the noise. Can anyone recommend I good heatsink that doesn't make any kind of buzzing noise. Anyone have a link to some heatsink reviews. I want the best one that I can get for my duron as long as it doesn't make any kind of annoying buzzing sounds. I don't mind the normal humming noises that fans usually make. Has anyone had this problem and found a fix for it?
