i need a Quiet case with a window

no real buget just not outragous. waht would you sugest? i would liek it to be fairly bug but not insain. there is a huge emphasis on QUIET. thanks for your help. i will be putting a S12 600w in there too. or should i stick with a P180 i would like to be able to show off the inerds

A good steal case will be your best bet for quiet imo, unless its a P180. Antec has a new Performance +View 2 out looking pretty nice. The P180 can be found with a window too....somewhere....oh just google it 😛 Anytime there is an "emphasis" on quiet then the P180 is imo nearly impossible to beat.

I actually had the exact same question. So assuming that you don't want to fork over $200+ for the windowed version of the P180 and weight was no concern, would a thick steel case be the best bet?

The cables on the S-12 series are too short for the P180. I was considering one but got an Slk-3000B and an S-12 430W. It's super quiet.

You can just order extensions, I bought an extension for my 4pin and 20/24pin connector to hide better. They aren't expensive at all either 😉
