Weird question, I know.....Maybe somebody can help me.

I am looking at buying a digital camera and the Connector Type reads like this:

Connector Type: 1 x USB (4 PIN USB Type B)

Is this Type B for a USB Hub connection (I seem to remember a Type B USB looking different) or will this plug into my USB port on the back my computer like any other USB device out there??

Thanks.....

The Type B is the standard flat rectangle plug at one end and the small square plug at the other end. This one is used by most peripherals and hubs.

The Type A cable has the flat rectangular plug at both ends....usually used for networking two machines. Less common for peripherals.

Type B is a head, but the cable you want would be type A/B male/male.
