I need a program that will change monitor settings to a certain resolution and refresh rate.

I need a prigram that can set my secondary monitor to a preset resoultion and color depth instantly. Anyone know of something that can do this? Please note I'm not looking for programs that sit in your system tray or anything like that. Thanks.
