I need a program that "smooths" lines like Flash

I want to do art on my computer and I am trying to find a program that smoothes the lines that I draw like in Flash 5. You can draw like a raster brush in it but it renders like vector which looks great so can someone please recommend one that is more 2d image oriented?

any vector program that can anti alias the output

if not then you can always do it in any vector program and copy the vectors to photoshop

Macromedia has FireworksMX and Freehand10 just for this purpose. They are vector-specialists.
