I need a "Peltier for Dummy's" book...

I'm thinking about purchasing a peltier for my celeron 533mhz (o/c to 880mhz). Will it actually help that much? I want to know if I can get my cpu to a gigahertz and how/what kind of peltier should I get. Please help me... I want more speed!

I don't know what heatsink you're using right now, but you probably won't be able to make it to a gigahertz with a peltier. Peltiers are great and all but you'll reach the max on that celly core and some cooler temps just won't get you to a gig I'd bet. Still, you can get a peltier pre-made and ready to slap on. I don't know or want to know the right way to make a peltier setup, so I just bought one at pretestedcpus.com.

Now dummies can have peltiers too.
