I need a part-time job

I have experience as an IT tech (4 semesters in college) doing PC tech support and basic networking. I haven't used those skills since 2001 though. The job I lost was software testing and 401k administration. Any ideas on how to find part-time work with my experience? Or do I have to just get a random job? Thanks.

I'm in Atlanta and looking for a full-time job.
