I need a new shredder

i bought a tech solutions 9 page straight cut shredder from office depot for $15. It jammed on the first 8 page set i let through it...



what's a good shredder? what are good/bad things to look out for?

..I got one at costco a while back that seems good. Think I paid 19.95 or something. If it ever fails I'll bring it back.:)

I have an elderly client who tells me the best way to dispose of documents cheaply is to fill up your kitchen sink, throw all the paper stuff you want gone in the water, and let it sit over night. Then, if necessary, you can shred it by hand and make it into a big ball and put in your trash and no one will ever be able to figure it out. Personally I think it would be easier to burn the stuff, lol.

Fellows 15 page shredder from Costco. Get it and do not ever look back.

Really this thing could take off my hand if I were not careful ;)
