I need a new Outdoor/Nighttime/Infrared/Daytime Camera

I need a camera for the hotel that I work at.. for the parking lot.

Requirements:
Outdoor camera (I have a an outdoor box to put it in already)
Good daytime picture
Good nighttime picture (infrared LEDs would be a plus)
Wide-Angle is also necessary
Color would be a very big bonus, however if the quality is better in Black and white, I will take that as well.

This is going to be connected to my DVR computer, a coaxial cable is running from there already. That will make my life easier.

Any suggestions?? thanks
