I need a new monitor!

Just now I burned my monitor. It hadn't been on for 5 days and I just left it on this morning. Just about 20 minutes ago, I noticed a terrible smell, I thought it was from my CPU, just then my monitor made a huge spark and shut itself down. I immediatly turned off all power. Well that monitor is a goner. I am currently using this POS yellow collered 15" Viewsonic :frown: I need a new monitor..... preferably 19" ? I'd like a flat screen.. but it doesn't matter. I need it cheap and not a load on shipping.
 
check the hot deals forum...i think theres a deal going around for a samsung 955df 19" shadow mask monitor for around 250 bux...i dunno what else there is over there...but if u check im sure you'll find something that you like
 
You can get a sylvania 19" at costco new for around 250. I don't remember the exact price right now. A lot of people don't like sylvania's, but I like mine a lot. I have a 19" viewsonic at work, and like my sylvania more. Don't know why. I don't do a lot of gaming though. In any case, you can't beat costco's return policy.
