I need a new monitor.

My old display which is a samsung 26 inch lcd tv is starting to fail. I need at least another 26 inch monitor with HDMI and a tv tuner. The monitor should have decent speakers built in also. Any suggestions?
 
The 27" Samsung TOC Rose is reputed to be nice; IMO integrated speakers range from terrible to awful. If you're just listening to people speaking they may not be too bad; my bedroom HTPC uses the speakers in my 32" LCD, but playing music on them is a no-no.
