Mountain biking.
Surfing.

You should be able to do both those in Calabasas. Neither will make you fat.

Porn is free and plentiful.

Or, if you don't want hairy palms, try more wholesome activities. Join a coed softball league, bowling league, volleyball league, pool league, darts league or just about anything else. Coed sports leagues are great, you meet tons of people and the play is usually far less competitive than men's only leagues. People are there to play a little, socialize a lot and go out for beers afterward.

I second (third?) the RC cars idea. ElFenix was referring to an electric RC monster truck. If you want something a little messier, there's also ones that run on glow fuel (nitromethane, methanol, and oil).

Reading that reminded me I need to pull out the ol' buggy and truck and get those going again.

Learn to play piano. It'll be really hard work, but when you're done, you'll enjoy it more than anything.
