ok i need a new case, but i dont know what to go with, mid tower, full or what i really dont care wut size i want something that will keep everything cool and stuff. if you guys can submit some links of case and where the best prices are at it will be greatly appreciated!

Either of those should provide a cool environment. The Antec has a 120mm intake & exhaust & a dual fan power supply...they can be found for ~$75 shipped.
The Compucase has dual 80mm fans in the front (one above the other) & a 120mm in the back. It's ~$40 w/o power supply. Pick your own power supply. Don't let the Enermax Whisper fool you into thinking it's quiet, tho.
