I need a new Card

Really I don't mean to start the Age old debate but I do need a new video card and I need some help to point me in the right direction of the one that I want. My last card was an All-In-Wonder 8500 DV. A very nice card for the time even still holds up to the tasks I put it through. I am building a new system though and would like to upgrade to a better card. So here is all the stuff I would like to see in a new card:

256MB
Dual DVI suport.
some sort of video input (s-Video or composite)

I'd like to keep it under $500 preferably way under.

Though I am a fanboy of ATI and their products I am willing to consider a NVidia solution.
