I need a "new" ancient motherboard

Hi, I was wondering where a good place is to find a used motherboard that will fit my current hardware configuration. I really don't want to buy a newer motherboard requiring me to buy a new processor, graphics card, ram, SATA HDD etcetera.

Here is my current hardware configuration:
2.8ghz Northwood P4 socket 478 533FSB
XFX Nvidia 6800 8x AGP
2x512 Kingston PC2700
2 80gb Western Digital 7200/8mb HDDs (IDE)
Creative X-Fi sound card
1 IDE cd-rom / 1 3.5in floppy drive

I would love to get a nice old ASUS motherboard if you know where to get those.

I appreciate all any help wholeheartedly.

You could pick up an Asrock board but it lists only the 6800GT as compatible so it may or may not work. It may not so to err on the safe side, i'm just posting it as a suggestion.
Then you could get an Intel E2140
