I need a mobo recommendation please

I need a board that will be a good overclocker. I also would like one with pretty decent onboard sound as well and other features.

I have looked at a few (Asus, gigabyte, etc) but am having difficulty deciding.

I am open to suggestions from the crowd here. Any input is appreciated!! 😎

budget, what other features?

Well, I don't want a 'budget' board. I am not opposed to the $200+ boards if the performance/features merit the price.
As far as features are concenered, most boards seem to have the same features (minus the Wireless capable boards). Feature rich I guess would be a plus.
I have been looking at the Asus P5k (DDR2 version), so something of similar attributes.

Like I mentioned before, I am open to other suggestions.

Still a bit early for feedback on P35 mobos (both Asus & Gigabyte jumped the gun by a couple of weeks) but the abit IP35 Pro, Asus P5K Dl, Gigabyte P35-DS4/DQ6 & MSI P35 Platinum all seem to be getting good user feedback.
Then of course you have the nF680i mobos if you think that you might run SLI - MSI have 1 with onboard Creative X-Fi sound (P6N Diamond $250).
