I need a Mobo for an XP1800

Hey guys i just bought an XP 1800 and i need a good, good priced mobo here is what i am looking for...
3 Pci slots
4x agp slot
3 or 2 ddr/sdram slots
ata 100 or better
nothing else really so what do u guys recomend??

Doesn't the Epox 8KHA+ have problems with the Radeon 8500 video card. I was about to purchase both, but read where a lot of people are having trouble with this combination.

DOes anyone have an alternate to this board?
