I'm more of a fan of messenger bags when it comes to porting baby stuff. Just grab one that you like and be done with it. Then you can double it as a work bag later if it survives the abuse being a parent can provide.

I second the Timbuk2 option. You could get the Stork diaper bag that Timbuk2 makes

No well used fedora, no worky. That's the problem with that setup.

Go with Hello Kitty pink. Its about as manly as ordering water in a bar filled with angry bikers. The manliest thing probably.

get a black daypack and take the name/logo off. be a self-respecting man who doesn't need a brand to give you worth or meaning. you were worth being borne; be your own man and don't waste your time or any body elses' by trying to prove you are something other than who you are, b/c you are enough.

I concur.

P.S. I just noticed that MongGrel has almost as many posts as I do, despite joining AT almost 14 years after me. Impressive.

Is this your first?

There are 10 million little things like this that every person with a kid has an opinion on and according to them, every other person is doing it wrong. My favorites are: when to switch to solids and when to take away the binky. Oh! And when to make the kid sleep the whole night on his own.

Have fun. Its a wild ride man!
