I need a javascript that disables pop ups....

I've got a webpage loading into a frameset that has a pop up window. I want to kill the pop up that is called from that page. I know there's a script that specifically kills pop-ups or disables the users Javascript for the duration of their visit to my webpage, but I can't think of what it would take to do it.

Any help is welcome!

The page with the pop up is not my page. It's simply loading into a frame on my page.
