I need a high CFM fan at low noise

allright guys, here is what i need, it needs to be 80MM and under 35db but i need it to move the most amount of air as possible, any help here?

Panaflo H1a fans are 32db and 39cfm. I have a few of them, but I wouldn't call them quiet.

I have one of these and it's a decent compromise between noise and air-flow for an 80mm, especially when it's turned down a bit. Don't let the lights fool you; this is a pretty decent fan. (Still quite bright at 8.25 volts too.) I'm using it at the moment on my P4 3.0 @ 3.3 (w/ SLK-947U) and it pushes plenty of air to safely cool that, even with Q-fan activated.

This appears to be the non-LED version of the same thing.

EDIT: I wouldn't call it quiet, but you could do worse for the amount of air it moves.

Look for high CFM Papst or Delta fans, particular model is up to you, there's a fair range.

35db is well into the abnoxiously loud category IMO.

I have an 80mm Mechatronics currently (4200rpm, 53cfm), but it's 39db. I have a 120mm Mechatronics
on the way (1500rpm, 55cfm, 25db). I'm going to use an 80mm to 120mm adapter with it.
