I need a good video card with TV too

Whats a good video card with built in tv tuner and a/v in too (for recording from vcr/tivo/etc)? I know ati has some all-in-wonders but I hate their "break-out" cable mess that some of their cards with tv use. I'd like something with either the a/v "in" jacks right on the card, or a card with an a/v cable going to a - say - front bay input connections thingy (if that even exisits?), or a simple less massive a/v "in" cable that goes to the card. I'd like to stay away from ati, since as far as I know their cards have that massive break-out a/v cable that doesnt fit anywhere and just hangs behind the pc making a mess of wires.
