I need a good laptop bag...

I need a messenger like bag that can hold my laptop. An internal sleeve that can be taken out and used would be awesome. Leather would be great. Something that's kinda Indiana Jones lookin would be sweet. Any thoughts?

Timbuk2 has some nice ones, but they're ugly, IMHO...North Face had a nice one, but it didn't have a sleeve...
