I need a good Geforce 2 GPU HSF

See if the Zalman VF-700 fits that older card. If it dose you'll be able to carry it over to your new one when you upgrade.

find any light aluminum socket A/socket 370 hsf, and artic epoxy it the gpu, did it on a few card back in the day, works great, and it silences the cards (run the fan on low)

I used a socket A heatsink on a geforce mx4000. rather than using thermal epoxy though, i drilled some holes in the base of the heatsink, put some screws through the back of the card (used thick plastic as a washer), and screwed the heatsink down. works great! i run it passively, though the mx4000 doesn't get too warm . The epoxy would work good too, i just didn't have any.
