I need a good (and fairly inexpensive) S939 MoBo

I've gone off the deep edge and decided to invest on an S939 system. I just bought my AMD64 3200+, so now I need a good MoBo. I'm looking for something with an AGP slot (I'll get a PCIe system only if it has built-in video, I can't afford a new card yet). I'm a heavy overclocker, so a MoBo that can OC well is a must.

Any ideas? Thanx

PS: Any good word on the MSI RS480M2?
