c is a subset of C++ (bar a few obscurities) so yes.

i have never used djgpp, but i have heard good things about it. borland is as you would expect a durable tool.

you could try the djgpp and tell me what you think.

gcc is THE free c compiler.

djgpp is also an excellent compiler..
