I need a file manager with advanced features

Hi,

I'm realizing now that I have too many files on my computer that need to be organized. I would like to use a file manager with the following features.

Mass rename: remove characters or add characters to files and directories
Folder creation around files: eg file.exe will have a folder created callled file.exe that will then contain file.exe
And of course recursive for sub directories.

Anyone know of such a program? Preferred free.

Rename Master does the first but not the second...not even aware of a program with that functionality.

i use metamorphose for mass renaming.

i have no idea why you would do the second one.
