I need a device driver for jbl pro audio !

I need a win98 JBL Pro Audio device driver for a Compaq presario 1685 notebook. Can anyone help.

JBL make the speakers, not the sound chip. According to this page on Compaq's site, the sound chip is an ESS SOLO-1, which I think is based on the ES1938 chip. Compaq don't have the driver available for download from their site, but you can download it directly from ESS (choose the ES1938 Win95/98 driver).
