I need a comparison of online store solutions

Is anybody aware of a contemporary comparison between various online store solutions? This would be for a store doing a good bit of business. I'm not sure if it will be a hosted solution or one that we handle ourselves. I'm looking for some options and have an extremely aggressive timeline on getting it setup. It will either need a SQL Server backend or be easily interfaceable with one. That last part is absolutely mandatory as is the aggressive schedule (measured in days, not weeks or months).
