I need a carry over. (Android)

Looking for a basic android smartphone to use while I submit my S9+ for service through its warranty. Ideally I want to spend as little as possible, knowing that I'll only really need it for (hopefully) a few weeks. I've been looking at options including budget Amazon Blu phones, used stuff on swappa, as well as considering carrier deals (I'm on T-Mo).

Even though I'm only using it for a short while, I'm going to be stuck with this thing forever thereafter. It may be useful as a plaything for the kids perhaps? I'm wondering what you guys would do if you only needed a basic phone for the short term.

How much do you want to spend?

Ebay has HTC one 9s for around $100 new unlocked.

Phones get a bit sketchy under that price but a sketchy phone might be fine for a temp.

When I did that I just picked up a pos tmobile prepaid.... $30.it works but is very basic.
