I want to update my bios on my laptop to get around the 8.4 gig limitation. The FTP site for CTXint does not seem to work for me.
 
well, that would be kind of hard since I do not know what the exact file name would be.
 
when you hold your cursor over the link to the file does it not have on the end the name of the file? (could you send me a link to the page that it is on, I will try to find it)
 
No, the link is just a general downloads link to CTX's notebook ftp site. I think I have to use an actual ftp program to log in to the site. The links work fine from the command line. Thanks anyway.
 
The stinking CTXint site does not have any Bios updates for the EzBook800s. I am not sure if they stop making them before they came out with updates, or did the bios updates get removed? I don't know. I know this is a long shot, but if there is anyone out there with a CTX Ezbook 800 series notebook and a updated Bios file, please give me an email.
