I need a bios asap

Abit KT7E bios. The one from abits website doesnt download... and im not sure if that is the newest or not... Can anyone help me find the new bios for the KT7E thanks.

Is there a certain flash utility that i need also

this is why i think i need the new bios... everytime i edit something in the bios... be it time, or anything the monitor will not come on... but if i clear cmos, and reboot everything works, but if i try to edit something in the bios again,.. nothing works.

That may just mean you need a new battery; I'd try it, at least.
