:| coming around corners, sometimes i press the gas a little to get a little loss of traction. just to see how far i can push it. maybe too much watching those damn top gear and what not. well today it was a little wet on the road, and i didnt take that into account. i lost control. pushed it a little too far. 'loads of understeer'. and went over the curb into some poor dudes grass. so im FREAKING out. honestly REALLY afraid. i heard some crunching action and thought oh shxt there goes the bumper and in the few milliseconds im already thinking about my insurance and how to explain the damage to my parents.
huge recovery though, and i pull back onto the road and pull over. i look for damage. none. whew. i go back to where i went onto the grass... and i see how FARGIN lucky i was. i missed a lamppost by inches. literally i didnt even notice it was there. thank god for quick reflexes and maybe someone was lookin out for me? 😱 i came so close to TOTALLING the car. thats a huge amount of money. and i would lose the trust of my parents, and myself for that matter, forever.
i went back to my car and sat there for a loooong as time, thinking about what just happened. it makes me sick to my stomach just to think about it... i think ive learned my lesson. 🙁 im gonna leave the skidding for some HUGE open parking lot... or the track... and i hereby ground myself for a week. bad me. 🙁
