I must say Acer support is awesome

My acer laptop died and it was one of those nice new silver models with the ultra thin silver paint. Long story short it got all scratched up so I took it all apart and painted it. Looks pretty darn nice. After a couple of months the laptop failed, stopped working all together. I called them up and they said no problem with the painted laptop and mater of fact they would mail me the parts next time free of charge if they get scratched up again. Its going out Fedex tomorrow and they are paying all shipping! I had to share they did me right (so far) woot for awesome warranty repair!

Acer's support is only awesome because they get a lot of practice. Their products blow. I used to sell Acer as one of my primary LCD lines. I f'ing hate Acer.

I got the laptop back today they replaced all of the plastics and the mobo. It looks brand new! woot!
