I Must Leave The Computer!

The first and last thing I do everyday is to sit on the computer for at least 2 hours.

I just found myself writing a paper by hand and after a hour of writing or so, I was looking for a way to "save" it. I know this sounds psychotic. It feels weird that I don't have a backup on the computer.

One thing I would take to an island? I just need a computer with DSL and I'll be alright.

Heck, I spend *X hours more. It's a really hellborne machine... I'm tied to it like a slave. I work on it, watch videos, listen to music - and all that terrible computer. Now I don't even have a paper notebook - everything is in Excel, saved in folders etc. Of course, even with an LCD monitor it isn't good for my eyes but I don't watch TV any more (don't feel like to) so maybe that compensates somehow.

I was reading the newspaper and complaining about how there is no Control + F function on it!!!???

Writing up notes from my class in prep for a test and I know *JUST* how you feel.

I don't have many problems like those, but I do find myself trying to use vi commands while typing in a web browser, it sucks 😛 :disgust:

And I spend much more than 4 hours a day on the computer... Pretty much 95% of my time at home is spent on the computer. 95% of time at work is on the computer.
