I must buy this!

LOL. It's a little pillow. Not a lot of R&D there. But it does address an annoying issue.

I'm not dropping my keys or throwing french fries in there, but every damn time I sit down, my right pocket vomits up any loose change.

As a bonus, there is an A/C duct under the seat, and the change slides right into the side of it and them underneath the carpet, where it hits a sloped part of the floor and is gone forever. There has to be $50 under there.

This is the main reason I don't hold change in my pocket, I have cup holders for that...

Haha that's even worse, ah man!

And that change gives slight rattle when going over rough road... 😛

Phu, it's not just a foam pillow, it is neoprene!

I might get this, I often drop my phone there.

Saw this on Shark Tank at some point. Seemed like a silly idea but I guess for some people it may help.

Keys, wallet, coins, food, it's all been lost to the abyss in my cars. I'll see if it's any good & report back

I have been known to, uhhh, participate in some "spirited" driving in order to coax things out from there 😉

It's much more fun than buying a crack stuffer for it 😉

All the extra change should affect the trade in value of the vehicle :whiste:

If I can find this at my local Target B&M for around $20 then I'm in, actually our Target RedCard saves 5% which is just under a buck.

Mine shows up Wednesday (yay Prime) - let me know if you find it at Target, because if it works good then I'll get another set for my wife's car!

Actually, my exhaust is enough to rattle my change collection, but I just turn up the radio.

Okay, so it showed up a day early. I just got home, so of course I ran out to install it in the middle of the night 😀 Quick review:

LED flashlight:

Actually this is pretty cool. It's probably about as thick as 4 credit cards and has a bump in the middle, so not exactly razor-thin, but it has two SUPER bright LED's, and the lip around it is clear so it kind of lights up neat. Surprisingly useful. Way better than my iPhone as a flashlight.

Non-skid phone pad:

I don't know what kind of magic voodoo sauce they made this out of, but I'll be darned if it doesn't work exactly like it did in the video. I pulled my console all the way up and the phone did not fall off. The bottom of the sticky pad is actually less sticky than the top, although my center console is carpeted instead of plastic and I think it's really meant to go on plastic. The phone is a bit hard to peel off because of the stickiness and the grid design left a mark on my phone (not greasy or anything though), so when I pulled the phone off a few times, the pad came with it. I could see this being better on a dashboard or something with a hard plastic surface, but...it's magic! I dunno, another surprisingly useful thing like the flashlight.

Crevice pads:

Ah, now on to the heart of the matter. It's basically like one of those door socks that you stick along the bottom crack of the door to prevent air from escaping into another room, only with a hole for the seatbelt latch. I was thinking it was going to be like a bean bag or something, but it's actually extremely lightweight foam inside from what I can tell. Not foam rubber, not even pillow foam, just like a really light packing foam. So that threw me off a little since I thought it would be cushier or heavier or something to fit between the seat (altough it is wrapped in thin neoprene). Turns out the foam is perfect, because the car only gives you an inch or two between the center console and the seat, so you have to kind of stuff it down in there, move the seat back & forth, and then the foam fills up the gap instantly. Turns out it works GREAT! It was very snug, and there's a piece that extends past the latch so that stuff doesn't go sliding into the back seat either.

I will be ordering another set for my wife's car  I think it could be a LOT cheaper (like $9.99 for a pair), but it also solves a *very* annoying problem that I run into weekly (especially since I have to wear dress pants to work and my wallet/phone always slides out), so I'm just happy to have a plug-and-play solution that actually does the trick.

This is cool.

The only time in my entire life I have considered ordering something from an infomercial.

I bought the Smart Spins once. Okay, twice. I hate Tupperware because I can never find the lids, and these all have the same-size lid. I bought them at Target or Walmart I think, instead of from TV. Looks like the no-name brand is only $15 now:

The spinning tray is useless, but the containers are great - small, medium, tall. All lids are the same size. Tons of containers in the box. Liked it so much I got a second set - my wife kinda hates them, but we never have to find a lid that fits haha.

25$ just go buy 1inch or 2 inch black Foam from a hardware store for like 5 bucks, same thing lol

Yeah, pretty much. The upshot is that the foam is wrapped in neoprene, so it's something that will probably hold up a long time, instead of just straight-up foam that could start falling apart pretty quickly/easily.

I agree that $25 is ridiculous, but it's a niche product and it solved my problem, so meh. Not having to dig up my phone from that crevice is worth it lol

Just a giant black (or beige) poster board from the dollar store and trim to size then cup it in there.

On the bright side, when it's time to recarpet the car, you've got the money for it.

So this one time my wife and I were walking in the Target parking lot and a weight-challenged individual asked for our assistance. They had dropped their keys in between the seat/console of their 3-series and their hand was too big to fit in the crevice to retrieve them.

Good deed done but laughter ensued once we got in our car.
