The great thing about the 80's, and there were a lot of great things, there were so many genres of music that you could listed to thanks to MTV and broader radio station selections, that you could be a fan of several different genres. Now all you hear is country, rap and classic rock.

BTW, if we are going to be bringing back 80's music we must also bring back women's hair and fashion. (bonus points for anyone who can tell me where the woman in the "Shirts and Jackets" is from. hint: she's from a quintessential 80's teen movie. She is also opposite of a very famous actor who still is in many movies today). 80's women's fashion is much better than some of the crap you see today. You would never find a muffin top on a woman in the 80's.
