Do you think he's still alive? There are agencies that can track him down for a couple hundred bucks if you really want to find him.

Don't feel bad. My bio dad stuck around till I was 2...met him again after we tracked him down when i was 14. He stuck around till I was going on 17. I'm very glad that asshole didn't raise me and even more grateful that my mom remarried to the man I consider my father and dad, nothing less. I hate to think what kind of inconsiderate, low life, unemployed piece of shit I would have ended up like if he had stuck around.

But I'm not bitter or anything ;)

Basically the same deal for me. Biological father raised me for 2 years, step-dad for the rest. I met my "father" in my early teens and I'm so glad that piece of shit took off.
