Look at the pictures posted in the link - it's for putting a bead on the end of tubing, e.g. for intercooler pipe couplers.

No thats for making a bead on the end of a tube or can so a hose wont slip off... Like as in a boost tube for a turbo to intercooler system...:thumbsup:

My only complaint is his vise is held down with a frick'in C-clamp...? No bolts...?
