I think a lot of times it has less to do with the celebrity's personality, and more to do with the ordinary person seizing an opportunity to inject something into their own lives.

I've been around many celebs/musicians/pols over time, if you make it a point to annoy them they will be a bit pissed, as they get it all the time.

Is part of it though, they are used to it, most of them want to relax and be left alone in public.

I've had a few good conversations when they actually initiated them.

As far as the OP, she's pretty cute to me, but I'd never heard of her.

I did a similar thing kind of thing with Elizabeth Dole once, Bob was invited to christen a new cruise ship, but things happen and she went to do it in his place.

I was sitting at the bar in the main club before we even pulled away from port and she walked in to look at it on her lonesome, and some idiot kid about ran over her and knocked her down he had no idea who she was, I was about ready to knock him out.

I walked up after reacting to that, said it's very nice to meet you and my mind just went blank on what to say after that.

She looked the surveyed the club a minute or two and just smiled and left.

Was just a quiet, both of us checking things out moment, I guess.
