They may not be loud and proud, but they are there among you.
I won't dispute this, I think you're right, however:

We used to have occasional demonstrations, but I'm 99% sure they were not folks who lived here they just came here to a park in civic center (of my 125k town, Berkeley, CA) to hold signs, walk up an down and get TV coverage. Antifa would show up and confront them and I'm sure there was some minor violence. Of course, the cops showed up to maintain order. Used to see this stuff on TV and it was maybe a couple years before the pandemic IIRC. But it STOPPED HAPPENING AFAIK. I have a feeling that they came to realize they weren't going to change anybody's mind who lives around here. The tradition of Berkeley is progressivism if not leftist radicalism, certainly ever since the middle 1960's. Right wing demonstrators coming here are going to face a strong headwind... every time.

We need to spread that sentiment everywhere.

I went on a date last week with a teacher, in NJ.

One of her colleagues, another teacher, stood up at a school meeting where her daughter goes to school, so not in the school where they teach together, and compared the mask mandate to 'what's next, yellow stars on their clothes?' It's all on video and other teachers know about it. The Jewish teachers are particularly offended.

They couldn't discipline her because she did it on her own time at her daughter's school, but her superiors were sad about that. These loons can't be teaching kids. It's just sad how despicable and ignorant the right wing has become.

If I were in a position to act on it, I'd be watching that teacher for a viable reason to terminate her and get rid of her ASAP. Clearly she has no right to teach children in the public schools.
