When I try to boot xp from the boot loader it tells me NTLDR is corrupt or missing. I ran the xp repair disc and typed fixmbr and fixboot but it still does it. What can I do to get back into XP?

The two operating systems are on separate drives also. Thanks for any help.

So Vista boots, but XP doesnt?

Usually loading for either console or simply a ME or XP DOS disk and typing FIXMBR works. I had a similar issue trying to dual boot Linux and GRUB fvcked up my MBR.

Also, see THIS for more boot loader repair commands and what they do from MS site.
