I don't know where to find it. I bought this xbox already modded.

NGs will have everything readibly available. Granted if you didn't know that (or efnet as purbeast0 suggested) I'd say even if you did get it you wouldn't know what to do with it.

Modded xbox is a great thing, but it isn't a toaster. you WILL have problems with it. Especially if you FTP in and start deleting thing like you did. 😕

Tell ya what, I'm in the market for a new XBOX... wanna sell me yours? 😉

No thanks🙁 I love that xbox too much.

Do the front lights on your Xbox flash green and red? If so, that's real bad news.

just green

nm. It's green and red. A black screen loads up with green words. It has multiple languages. The number on the top left corner is 21.

Ok, I tried putting linux gentoox on my xbox. I made a bootable cd-rw from stardust. It booted up just fine. I did what ever it told me to. After a while, it told me to turn off or restart the xbox. So I pressed the eject button to restart. But now it doesn't boot off the stardust cd anymore. I get an error.

error:

with stardust cd: service error 14 (top left corner)

Without cd: service error 13 (top left corner)

What now? I'm trying to look for that slayers disc. But I can't find it anywhere. I found a torrent one, but it doesn't work.🙁

Does anyone know how to unlock the hard drive. I got a program. I have the xbox hard drive in my pc. But it says that it's locked. How can I unlock it?

I'm really starting to think that you're in way over your head. Why did you try installing Linux on your xbox exactly? As mentioned before, all you needed to do was grab the Slayers disc, format and everything would be as good as new.

At this point I suggest taking it to someone who knows what they're doing.

dude wtf ... why are you not listening to me?

this is the last time I will try to help you ...

get the damn slayers disc and use it to (unlock if you need to, it has the option on the disc) format your hard drive back to the retail drive.

there is absolutely no reason to even once put your hard drive into your PC.
