The D90 is just too dangerous to use.

From the D90 manual:

Keep the sun out of the frame
Keep the sun well out of the frame when shooting backlit subjects. Sunlight focused into the camera when the sun is in or close to the frame could start a fire.

Using the viewfinder diopter control
When operating the viewfinder diopter control with your eye to the viewfinder, care should be taken not to put your finger in your eye accidentally.

Do not place the camera strap around the neck of an infant or child
Placing the camera strap around the neck of an infant or child could result in strangulation.

lol I gotta check if those are in my D200 manual too

But the first one is actually true to some extent...if you focus directly on the sun for too long, then you risk damaging the sensor.

lulz. the first one has some merit in Live View or long exposures, but otherwise the sunlight is just passed out the viewfinder.
