Congrats! You are about to venture down the road of flashaholism. I did this many years ago and haven't looked back. Once you get a few high end lights such as HDS U60GT (still waiting for mine and I don't expect to have my hands on it until June!) and Charlie's Lion Heart / Lion Cub EDC's you can never look at a typical flashlight again. Ever.

Yes I do with guranteed tint. It will replace my Arc 4+. That one will go in the cabinet to be removed from EDC service. Still is in excellent shape, but the fact that Arc is no longer in business disturbs me.

Battery life depends on use. The flashlight has a cpu to control modes, temperature, regulation, etc. I personally use R123A's (4.2V Li Ion) in all my 123 based EDC gear so battery life is moot.
